From 11 October 2022, except for entrants and returnees with symptoms of COVID-19, no testing is carried out at the time of entry to Japan. However, visitors are required to submit 1. Vaccination Certificate (3 doses total) or negative test result certificate on the pre-departure test and (2) Pre-Departure Questionnaire
