• You will be required to handover your passport & documents to our office on Day 1 of your application window. Please ensure that your schedule permits this.
• An application does not guarantee an ERFS and/or Visa approval, this is subjected to the Ministry & Japanese embassy’s approval respectively. Failure to submit requested documents in a timely manner may result in rejections.
