You’ll have more fun exploring the whole mountain with our hosts if you are an Intermediate level 3 and above.
If you’re a novice (level 2), consider joining the intermediate camp to improve your skills. If you’re a first timer or beginner, consider joining the Aomori Snowboard Beginner Camp or Aomori Ski Beginner Camp.
Whether joining our hosted experience or progression camps, you and your friends will be able to stay together, have meals together and enjoy your trip as a crew!

Our hosts will progressively challenge you throughout the week. You'll explore new terrain, try steeper runs or even hit the park. Our hosts will be by your side helping you to progress and improve with every ride.
Our team will introduce you to some of the best terrain Japan has to offer. Expect lesser crowds, an extensive range of slopes for all levels, quality snow and one of Japan’s longest freestyle snow parks. Add in an array of delicious food options and local onsens into the mix – you’re in for a treat at one of our favourite ski destinations.
From Akakura’s cruisy-est lines to Suginohara’s steep tree runs and Seki Onsen’s powder stashes – we’ll take you to terrain you’d not explore on your own. You do not have to figure out the best runs and the best spots to send it, practice or cruise on!
What’s more, we get solo travellers and people of all skill levels on the trip. We will be splitting the group up according to skill level to ensure that you will be able to find people at your skill level to shred and push your boundaries with our hosts giving tips and tricks, daily!

Your home for the week is at cosy communal lodge where you'll get to know your housemates (very) well! Expect, cook-in nights and night cap sessions we all love!
Myoko is blessed with numerous onsens. After a day on the slopes, there's nothing quite like relaxing in a steaming hot bath, surrounded by mountain scenery.
Craving for traditional Japanese cuisine? Our accommodation is just a short drive from Akakura town, one of the liveliest streets in the area.
Mountain Lodge 1 will be operating for the full season, while Deluxe Lodge 2 (a more modern lodge with ensuite bathrooms) will be available for 2 weeks (Week 9 & 10).
Please select the same lodge if you’re on the trip with a group of friends — groups will meet on the slopes daily but will split up for dinners and after slope activities.
Arrive at Nagano Station, gather at the designated meeting point and we’ll head to Myoko Kogen ski resort as a group in our dedicated private shuttle bus. Check in, meet the crew for the week and get cosy as we brief you on Myoko's ski areas and itinerary for the week.

This week, we'll be taking you to explore all of Myoko's ski resorts as well as a couple of highly acclaimed neighbouring ski areas. Resorts include Akaura Onsen, Akakura Kanko, Ikenotaira, Suginohara, Seki Onsen Nozawa Onsen, Madarao & Lotte Arai.
In total, you can expect to visit up to 6 different resorts in the area — thats a new resort each day!
Our team of hosts will check the weather forecasts each night to determine the best resort to head out as a group for the day.
Week's Itinerary:
Day 2 (Sun): Ikenotaira (Warm up cruisey laps + easy off-piste)
Day 3 (Mon): Akakura Onsen & Kanko (Perfect runs for carving and practicing your turns + mini park warm up)
Day 4 (Tue): Suginohara (Japan's longest run, easy pow, trees & park)
Day 5 (Wed): Rest Day OR ride at Seki Onsen (Tree runs in powder heaven: Strong intermediate riders, level 4 and above only)
Day 6 (Thu): Nozawa Onsen (Full day exploration with the crew)
Day 7 (Fri): Madarao OR Lotte Arai (Full day exploration with the crew)

Riding is more fun when you get to ride with people at your level, but we get that not all friend groups, or couples ride at the same level. Do you have beginner friends coming on the trip? Get them to join the beginner camp where they can pick up the necessary skills with other beginners — trust us, they’ll be kept in good hands! Everyone can reunite over lunch and night cap sessions at the accommodation.
