To keep everyone as safe as possible from a Covid-19 spread, we will require the following documents to be submitted through this page:
1. Vaccination Certificate (by 28 Feb 2022)
2. Self Administered ART test with NEGATIVE test result (submit 48hrs before joining group)

Kindly follow the instructions below to upload your submissions:
To facilitate verification by the relevant authorities, travellers from Singapore can use Notarise to digitally authenticate and endorse the pre-departure test and/or vaccination certificates.
1. Login to Notarise (https://www.notarise.gov.sg/)
2. Select Vaccination Certificate download
3. Follow login instructions and download vaccination certificate.
4. Submit certification to The Ride Side via this form:
NOTE: Any person found to have a forged vaccination status will be handed over to the authorities and booking will be forfeited as well, so don’t do this!
Prior to departure & joining up with the group, all guests will be required to provide proof of a negative PCR or ART test to The Ride Side
1. Self administer your ART test 48hrs prior to meeting the group in Switzerland
2. Take a picture of your test result and upload it via this form
3. Failure to produce a NEGATIVE test will result in forfeiting your booking
4. Any person found to have forged test results will be handed over to the authorities and booking will be forfeited as well, so don’t do this!
All rentals will be prepared & provided for you at LAAX’s ski rental shop at Gondola base, a 1 min walk from our accommodation, for the ultimate convenience. On Day 1, our team will bring you to the shop to get fitted with your rental needs. In order to secure your rentals, please submit the rental booking form by 28 Feb 2022.
Renting your equipment through us will be the most convenient option and we highly recommend renting from us.
Alternatively, you may also source for your own rentals at your own discretion. There are other rental shops around town with rental rates that might range slightly. However these shops are usually a distance away from our accommodation and might require shuttle buses to get to.
IMPORTANT:
Personal gear such as Goggles, Facemasks, & Gloves are not available for rental for hygiene reasons. It is recommended to purchase them prior to the trip if you do not have them. These items are available to purchase at The Ride Side store in Singapore at your convenience.
