Minimum Ride Level
Min level: 4 — strong intermediate and up For riders who can already handle the whole resort and now want to carve it properly. If you're comfortable linking dynamic turns on every red and black on-piste, this camp is where you learn to lay the board fully on edge and leave clean, carved trenches behind you. Coached by our certified instructors, you'll dial in the fundamentals that make a carve work — edge angle and board tilt, fore-aft pressure and timing, cross-through and cross-over transitions, and the angulation and inclination that let you hold a tighter, faster line without washing out. We'll work the early-morning corduroy when the groomers are at their best, building from solid carved turns towards properly laid-over, high-angle carves. Bring a board you can put on edge — this is a technique-focused week spent genuinely mastering one discipline, not just riding it. Pre-requisites: - Comfortable varying turn shape and speed on all in-resort red and black runs - Already linking dynamic turns on groomers and want to eliminate skidding and ride on a locked edge - Keen to specialise in carving — laying clean trenches and progressing towards full euro/high-angle carves
