• This week, we'll be taking you to explore a range of lesser known ski resorts around the Tohoku. These ski resorts are smaller than your typical mega resorts but each with its unique charm and lure.

  With an advanced crew, we will be scoping our powder terrain and fresh lines. Expect little to no lift lines, wide open runs and almost no competition for pow on powder days. In total, you can expect to visit up to 5 different resorts in the area. That's almost a new resort each day!

  The highlight of the week would be on Day 5, when we explore a new backcountry resort for the most magical lines. Think Hakkoda but steeper and less tracked terrain. Here, you will have the option of lapping lift accessed lines or opting for a backcountry tour, skinning/splitboarding with the crew (Optional Add-On)

  Our team of hosts will check weather forecasts each day to determine the best resort to head out to for your enjoyment.

  Week's Itinerary*:

  • Day 2 (Sun): Appi Kogen

  • Day 3 (Mon): Shizukuishi Ski Resort

  • Day 4 (Tue): Tazawako Ski Resort

  • Day 5 (Wed): Rest Day, Morika City Day Trip OR ride at Hachimantai

  • Day 6 (Thu): Secret Backcountry resort (Lift-accessed)

  • Day 7 (Fri): Secret Backountry Resort (Backcountry touring option available)

  *Itinerary subject to change due to weather conditions and will be customised to the skill level of the group

  Typical days with us will go a little like this:

  Mornings: Mountain guiding with your hosts — each day, the group will be split up into the various skill levels to explore the mountains together. Our hosts will show you the best runs for your riding level and also show you what new lines you can try when you're ready to level up through the week.

  Afternoons: Free and easy — stop for lunch, continue exploring with your new riding friends, or take a break at resort cafes and base station.

  Evenings: Unwind at the hotel's onsen, and fuel up for dinner at the buffet line before gathering with your friends for drinks, chatting, or hang out at the bar.

Before you know it, Saturday would be here again. It's time to say goodbye to your new found friends, and bring home core memories you have of the week! 

We'll be sending the group to Morioka Station.

Arrival & departure information will be requested from you about a month before the trip.
