A fully hosted ski & snowboard travel adventure designed for all ability levels – come as strangers and leave as friends!
Similar to our popular Niseko experience, the Aomori Experience offers you the same ski & snowboard adventure travel concept with a group of like minded travellers, but with an exotic twist.
Let us show you a side of Japan, still undiscovered by the rest of the world. While ski resorts are relatively smaller and more local, this region boasts a collection of mountains with distinct terrain characteristics and experiences that they offer. They all have one thing in common though – they become an absolute powder haven in winter with relatively untracked runs everywhere you look. With terrain suitable for everyone, Aomori might fast become your favourite region to ski and snowboard in Japan.
Unfamiliar with Aomori’s varied terrain? Our team of hosts will head out with the group each morning to explore the slopes, advise suitable runs for your skill level, and show you our favourite secret spots that will leave you falling in love with Aomori.
On a daily basis, we will be split the group up according to skill level, ensuring that you find people at your skill level to shred and push your boundaries with, led by our hosts giving tips and tricks, daily!
If you are still fairly new to the mountains, our hosts will be with you daily to ensure you feel safe & reassured at all times on the mountains and never get left behind. Avoid making the painful mistakes of getting lost or taking runs too difficult for your ability.
We rode with the locals and got shown the secret spots that tourists will never find. We want to show you the amazing sights that we have experienced and invite you along this journey with us. We dare you – addiction to powder is real.
